DAY 20: ENCODING AGAIN

My tasks for today is to create a step by step procedure in changing the desktop background of every PC in the library and uninstall the auto software updates. So my mentor asks me to create a user manual to change the background of the every PC in the library, so I encoded each procedure and added snippet so that it could be understood by the reader. 

I also encoded and added snippet on the procedure of uninstalling the auto software updates. This make it easy for me because I already know the procedure of uninstalling updates.
